Yes. Hosting covers the infrastructure (server, speed, uptime), while maintenance covers the site itself: WordPress core & plugin updates, security checks, small content edits, and a monthly report — things hosting alone does not include.
Does the maintenance plan work for websites not hosted with 19CLOUDS?
Yes, we handle maintenance regardless of where your website is hosted. We just need admin access (WordPress admin, hosting/FTP) to get started.
What kind of small changes does each plan include?
Updating text, images, product prices, small page fixes, adding a new blog post, and similar tasks. It does not include a full redesign or new feature development.
What happens if my website gets hacked?
Malware cleanup and recovery are included in the Plus & Pro plans, with immediate priority. On the Basic plan, we offer cleanup for an extra fee depending on the scope of the issue.
